Winds of 25 to 30 mph are expected with gusts to 55 mph, between 1pm and 6pm. Lesser winds of 20 mph with gusts to 45 mph are expected from 6pm until 10pm.
Tree limbs may be blown down, walking and driving may be difficult, and scattered power outages are possible.
